What is at stake
Security incidents rarely come out of nowhere. There is almost always a threat nobody measured, a vulnerability nobody saw or a response nobody prepared.
No security plan
When the incident happens, nobody knows who decides, what to do or in what order. The response is improvised, and the cost multiplies in lost hours, damage and reputation.
No audit, no oversight

Threat × Vulnerability × Response Capability
Every case is different, but the method does not change. We assess the threat in its real context, measure the vulnerability of what must be protected and test the response capability before proposing any measure. We work to the international risk and continuity standards and, when the environment calls for it, with planning methods of military origin adapted to a civilian organisation.
Who we are
A team whose backgrounds complement each other. Some of us come from special operations and more than 15 years of international security management, on land and at sea; others built their careers in corporate security, business continuity and civilian operations management. We have led large security operations, conducted risk assessments, critical incident investigations and evacuations, and we work to ISO 18788, ISO 31000, ISO 22301, ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and ANSI/ASIS PSC.1.
Proprietary software
We work with tools developed by our own team. Each client's reports, plans and data are handled in them and stay under our control.
